  Providing oversight and assurance of all credit activities undertaken within Retail Markets, with competencies in accounting management, financial analysis, processes implementation, credit operations, customer service and administration. 1)System reports in place from loan origination system: *quality of work: checking loan origination system and data entry in addition to checking on the customer *Output Quality: checking credit policy, to assure the whole operation is going well and apply the policy of the bank from all its sides. 2)Error Rates: to be accurate as much as I can and ensure 0% error rate on my application. 3)QA report : Weekly and Monthly: to ensure that the job done properly and correct Approval has been made. 4)MIS: internal reports are generated on a daily basis to manage the daily volumes and track the efficiency of the unit and take appropriate corrective actions if necessary.
