  Mukand Ltd. is a steel plant.I was working as a Coilyard Shift In charge.Coilyard is a warehouse of coils.I was handling around 25 members team in a shift.Material produced in mill came to us with a GRN.With the help of inward Clark We received materials.We were stock it with proper location grade wise and customer wise. Coordinate with Technical Service dept. for clearance of material.If any rejected,damaged or hold material sort it out and kept in quarantine area.Also coordinate with marketing department for requisition or delivery order of cleared material.Marketing department issued delivery order as per customers requirement.Then coordinate with transporter for placing trucks against delivery order.Giving delivery order to outward Clark with proper location and descriptions of material locate the material and loaded in the trucks with the help of crain and hydraulic crain.With the help of audit supervisor audit the trucks and send to Invoice department for further invoicing and permit.Also some materials shifted to other department's as per their requirements.Taking monthly stocks and tally physical stock and systems stock and send it to all concern department and higher management.Also prepared for audits time to time.Also keeping eye on housekeeping and maintenance of warehouse regularly.
