  1. COST ESTIMATION (1997-2021, 24 years) For 24 years I worked in the Cost Estimation Dept of EIL. There I headed a team of 10 persons and was involved in various types of Cost Estimation activities of national and international projects in the field of Oil and Gas, Refinery, Petrochemical, Onshore Gas Processing Facilities, Onshore Pipelines, Cross Country Pipelines, Offshore Platforms, Submarine Pipeline, Metallurgy, Strategic storages, LNG, Ports and Harbour, Break water etc. My works: • Approval / Review of independent, objective, capital cost estimates, operating cost, sales realization for study reports, Pre-feasibility Reports, Feasibility Reports, Detailed Feasibility Reports, Option Study estimates, FEED, OBE estimates for investment decisions. • Financial analysis consisting of IRR, NPV and other financial parameters and sensitivity analysis. • Project Risk Analysis using Monte Carlo Simulation. • Techno economic evaluation, capex and NPV calculation for licensor evaluation. • Scheme optimization. • Preparation of schedule of rates. • Analysis of labour rates and productivity. • Bench marking, value engineering. • Mentoring team members. • Review of cost estimates by clients and third party. • Supporting Project team and client in decision making. • Co-ordination with Project team and various Engineering Departments. • Development of ISO procedures, guidelines and formats. • Project implementation stage: preparation of detailed estimates for Material Requisitions, Tenders, LSTK packages for bid comparison estimates. Development of Project control estimates, cost breakdown structure, monthly Cost Status Report using earned value concept, cash flows, commitments, budget, budget versus actual expenses. Review / evaluation of extra claims / change orders, billing schedules, negotiations. Completion cost and cost variation analysis. • Cost data updation, analysis and management. 2.
