Ramesh and I worked together for over twelve years building up a business in IT consulting. His insights in various operational aspects and enthusiasm for new idea implementation motivated all his team into exceeding all expectations, time and again. His management style made him popular with his subordinates and customers, alike. Ramesh is a natural leader and leads by example. His eye for details led him to continuously improve processes; and he wrote many versions of operations procedures for various functions. One of many important initiatives that Ramesh undertook was Supplier Management Program that saved us of many hassles and significant costs. He came up with different Supply Chain Strategies at various stages of business. Ramesh will be an invaluable asset to any organization he works with; and I wish him the best in all his future endeavors.

Ramesh was an invaluable member of my team during our first year of business school. Always a diligent listener and hard worker, Ramesh provided a global perspective that helped to paint a more vivid picture as our team constructed deliverables. Not only does Ramesh have a solid problem solving style, but his likeable personality also lends to his business savvy. Moreover, Ramesh is always eager to learn, and his interests and breadth of knowledge are fascinating. I truly hope to have the opportunity to work with Ramesh again in the future.
