  Over 43 years in the Civil Construction industry with a combination of site / project management experience for over 20 years, and Estimating and Commercial management for 25 years. I have had the privilege to work on some significantly large and prestigious multi billion dollar projects overseas and have been a part of various Civil infrastructure development projects in Sydney for 25 years Being a Company Executive, I have extensive experience in managing a team of estimators /PMs / engineers, QS's, Contracts Administrator etc and have been a part of the growth of the company (Burton Contractors) spanning some 20 years Excellent negotiation skills and Commercial acumen I have mentored and trained a number of people in the areas of Estimating , Project and commercial management
