I managed the kickass NVP network controller team at Nicira. Wore all sorts of hats around the product. Ran releases, worked with customers, delivered new features, improved quality, hired more kickass engineers, increased test coverage and moved scale by 100x over 2 years (https://web.archive.org/web/20180127114948/http://networkheresy.com/2013/05/30/scale-sdn-and-network-virtualization/).
