• I worked as a contractor from 1994 to 2000 for developing software. I was subsequently brought in as an Integration Architect from 2000 to 2002. I contributed to a broad range of large, complex projects: ❖Florida State-Wide Child Support Enforcement–Architected, designed, and led development of state-wide child support enforcement infrastructure, with extensive phased deployment to ~60 Florida counties. Worked with Deloitte & Touche on system-wide analysis to improve application performance. ❖Florida State Depository Unit–Architected, designed, and led development of child support collection system that interfaced with the Voice Response Unit and other external systems. Oversaw client design reviews and deployment as well as 24x7 support. ❖Florida State Employee Insurance Program–Designed, implemented, and administered 15 GB Informix data warehouse and decision support system. Achieved 300% improvement in conversion and data load time by developing custom conversion software in C and Python. ❖Traffic Citation Accounting Transmission System–Designed and developed centralized traffic citation repository to collect and distribute citation data for all 67 counties in Florida. ❖Other Projects–Technical Architect for $40M proposal for the FDLE; Lead Architect in $6M ERP proposal for Miami-Dade County; Technical Architect on SAFER proposal for the Florida Supreme Court.
