Had numerous opportunities to collaborate with him on recruitment / retention assignments during my tenure with him.. He has a natural appetite to search for new learnings. Asks genuine questions to understand the business, its operation and how he would be able to positively impact by recruiting right talents.. Cool as a cucumber, Ramagopal has the pleasing personality to make feel at ease. Ram's profile makes him extremely busy at all times... but just walk by his side, he will turn around with a nice smile, say hello to you and spend a couple of minutes to chat with you. He has an unflabble temperament and his handling of pressure cooker situation day-in and day-out is a great trait that anybody aspires for. I have found Ram to be extremely efficient in his role, and was always pleasantly surprised when he would chat up to me to explore new ways of doing things, using the existing technology to automate further.
