- Interpret tender specifications, provide product selection and product recommendations to achieve the specification requirements - Managing ongoing projects by getting all the pump assembled and being responsible on quality control and compliance with the Australian standards such as AS3000, GEMS, and RCM marks for domestic projects. - Provide technical advice to clients to assist with the preparation of their specifications - Making pump selection and performance curves including Duty Points, BEP, Power, Efficiency (Total, Hydraulic, Motor), Infinity Laws, Environment and compliance with AS/NZS electrical requirements. - Check client’s orders and raise purchase orders on factories and local suppliers and support the order management arrives to specifics of the client’s orders. - Assist the external sales team with any technical sales related requirements - Assisting the clients with any electrical related issues regarding the VSD on motors or control boxes. - Liaise closely with Stores Person to ensure correct selection and shipping on time of customer orders. - Handling after service sales matters in relation to warranty claims or for service and repair requests by customers and liaise with our national network of service partners. - Support other parts of the business including Accounts and Marketing departments to support customer account matters or promotion initiatives that require ordering & delivery support. - Improving operational efficiency, developing an Excel VB/Python programs for quoting and technical selections and making SOPs for processes to make the process goes smooth for employees and new incomers.
