The company is in Tours & Travel Industry. Whereas my Job Profile is concern, I am looking after Admin, HR, IT Department, Directors and their Family Personal Files and Investment, Payroll, Recruitment, Negotiation, Credit Control, Payment Collection, Reconciliation of Account as and when required, Legal Cases, Social Compliances, Full & Final Settlement, Manpower Planning, follow up with Consultants, Govt and other liasioning from time to time. While in services, I had developed a policy of HR which includes:- Appointment Letter, Leave, Attendance, Advance, Full & Final Settlement, Welfare activities, all these were missing in our company when I had joined them. If there is any negligence of work or if any local bodies or organization not listening/responding properly, such as MCD, DDA, Noida Authority, Banks, DJB, BSES, MTNL, Airtel, Vodafone, DHL, Police, etc. I forced them to work in a speedy way and succeeded in that. I easily trace all Government Bodies, Local Bodies, Companies and Organisation for any types of issues and complaints and succeeded. Also due to my good follow-up, commitment, workaholics I had recovered all Bad Debts amounts from our clients which were unclear for long and long years. The dues where around 1 Crores and I recovered from them all amount. I also handle the legal case and filed and fought various legal cases of ESI, Labour Office, MCD, DDA, Recovery of the payment of bad debts under Civil Suit and Negotiable Instrument Act. My work mantra is, "I will do it, and I can do it".
