  Responsible for directing the day-to-day fund development, management, and communications programs necessary to support the social service programs of the Sisters of St. Joseph of Carondelet, St. Paul Province. Responsible for raising more than $1.5 million annually through annual giving, special events, grantwriting, and planned gifts. This multi-faceted position requires me to build strong relationships with donors, board members, program managers and volunteers and to use my leadership, communication, and management skills to raise funds to support the needs of the Sisters’ ministries as well as market their tremendous value to our community.
