Ralph led the charge for a long anticipated program launch, and added an element to the program in a 4 week sprint. Ambiguity was absolutely the name of the game in 2022, and he was able to navigate and lead us without breaking a sweat. Ralph is able to not just brainstorm and strategize creatively, but also take those thoughts from ideas to actionable tasks that ultimately takes a program from 0 to 1. He's very resourceful, coming to the table with templates & people we can tap into to make things easier. Ralph is also very forward thinking. He took a complicated and length process and made necessary changes to templatize it for others to benefit from in the future.

Tyrone Russell

Ralph is compassionate, committed and remarkably skilled at problem solving and relationship management and delivering results in group settings. It has always been a pleasure to work alongside him on projects while guiding him on others. He is a tremendous leader and an even better listener. There isn’t much I would NOT recommend Ralph to do.
