I had the pleasure of working with Ralph at VEGA Americas. When it comes to sales, Ralph is a class act both personally and professionally. His customers love him and he knows how to drive sales. He gets behind products he believes in, but won't push something if he knows is not in the customer’s best interest. Ralph excels at building long-term relationships quickly with both clients and internal colleagues, and it able to understand very technical products. I highly recommend him for any advanced sales role.

Ralph was a key sales rep at Tokin America Corporation. He was tasked with meeting specific sales goals, cold calls, soliciting, and forging lasting customer relations. Ralph was one of the hardest workers, doing whatever it took to get results. He was always willing to learn every aspect of the product he was selling to better be able to project to the customer the quality of the product. Sales requires a natural skill in dealing with all types of people and knowing the right things to say to the potential customers, this is perhaps where Ralph set himself apart from others in his field. Customers enjoyed their conversations and continued to always keep in touch with Ralph regarding specific questions, quotes, and technical support. The customers knew that Ralph would give them the information requested in a timely manner and if he didn't know himself then he would investigate till he knew and get back with them. Sincerely, Cherie Mckenney Office Manager/Insides Sales/ Accounting Manager Tokin America Corporation
