Morgan Medical Center offers residents of Madison and Morgan County, Georgia, convenient access to quality care for a variety of medical needs, from minor surgery to emergency care for a critical illness such as heart attack or stroke. MMC's Level IV Trauma Center, Remote Treatment Stroke Center and robust rehabilitation center with an outdoor therapy garden offer advanced care close to home. Ralph joined Morgan Medical Center as CEO in 2012. In this role, he champions the hospital's vision of becoming a patient-focused center of excellence with a focus on the care and safety of the patient, the financial viability of the hospital and engagement with the local community. In 2018, Ralph led the effort to build a state-of-the-art replacement facility that continues to grow and expand as new services and doctors are added to staff. Show less

Alleghany Memorial Hospital is a small Critical Access Hospital in the Blue Ridge Mountain town of Sparta, NC. As CEO, Ralph supervised operations, engaged the community through local government, civic groups and community outreach, coordinated physician recruitment, and oversaw the hospital foundation.
