Ralf and I have had a chance to work as peers in the Learning &Development space for over 5 years and partner on multiple initiatives. I have always been amazed at how Ralf could solve complex problems and connect people willing to be a part of the solution. I look forward to working together again!

I had the good fortune to work closely and collaborate with Ralf Thiede for almost 5 years in my role as Readiness Alliance Manager at Microsoft. I was new to Microsoft but Ralf was already a senior, experienced employee back then and he channeled all of that experience and provided thought leadership, as we worked on solving several difficult business challenges in our Readiness alliance. Ralf was always focused on finding solutions rather than fixating on problems. Ralf tried to put himself in other person’s shoes and tried to forge a win-win partnership between our two organizations. I found Ralf to be loyal, open and honest in all his dealings and super friendly and easy to work with. Ralf worked with several virtual teams around the globe and never let working in different time zones be a barrier. He was also able to adapt his style of communication to suit his audience. I found him to be equally at ease when presenting his ideas and strategies to the senior management as he would be while problem solving with his peers. Since then, I have worked in many different groups at Microsoft and in all honesty, Ralf is one of the most genuine and caring people I have come across. A thorough professional that any organization would be lucky to have as part of their team. I wish Ralf all the very best and continued success in his career journey.
