Rakiv and I have worked side by side for almost a year and I was his manager the first months. He is a soft spoken agile leader, that cares about people and believes in agility and continuous improvement. He has been the producer of the biggest game production at NetEnt ever - a purely web-based 3D slot. He has coordinated Artists, Developers, Musicians, Mathematicians and QA from places like Dice, Avalanche and Lego. Rakiv was the absolute first to transform himself and our tightly co-located team to become 100% distributed - without even flinching! He was the first to add afternoon remote check-ins which kept the production together. We’ve had so much fun, so many great discussions and done so much things together - and in a few days we will actually ship the game - it’s been an awesome rollercoaster ride!

I've worked with Rakiv on both Candy Crush Jelly Saga and Candy Crush Soda Saga, and he is a very talented developer that gets up to speed quickly in new projects. Rakiv always delivers, does not shrug from challenges, and he is very approachable and open for discussions to help the team make progress. He sees the entire projekt, and takes responsibility for all parts. Overall it was a pleasure working with Rakiv, and I would love to do it again.

As an additional role for me, I was given more ownership of Clear Vision Online, which entailed making a road map and a launch plan.Key part was to prioritise and communicate the backlog and the different features with the team, making sure that we could always deliver. For Clear Vision 4, I set up different user acquisition campaigns (Facebook Ads, Google Ads) and analysed the behaviour of the users (Google Analytics). Defining and measuring KPIs were important for both game projects.

Working full stack with Unity3D (frontend, C#) and GameSparks (backend, JavaScript).A part of my focus was to enable a better workflow by introduction continuous builds and feedback during development. This was done by learning the Unity Cloud Build platform and optimising the build process.I also took the client prototype into a more market ready state. This included introducing and setting up the backend, GameSparks, for Clear Vision Online.
