      To observe and comply with the Quality, Health & Safety Policy. Raising & Closing of Non Conforming product / process report & Glass Rejection Report & its concerned quality monthly and yearly analysis reports for the Management review meetings. Perform Process Surveillance Audits by using Process Surveillance Audit Checklist and report to the related Functional Manager as well as QA/QC Manager. Prepare the Project Quality Plan, ITP and Method Statement and ensure its approval before the start of the project. Prepare monthly Quality Analysis reports and forward to QA/QC Manager. Responsible for the calibration of measuring instruments/equipment. Understand the ISO 9001 Standards requirement, Quality Manual, Quality Objectives, Project Quality Plan, and Quality Assurance Procedures and ensure its proper implementation. Maintaining proper documentation of all records. Make amendments to the Quality Policy, Procedures and Manual as an when requirements. Prepare and release any changes in forms used or any new forms introduced officially in the organisation. Prepare Operation & Maintenance Manual and arrange for the product warranties from the suppliers. Prepare Audit Plan & Perform Internal Quality Audit as per the documented procedure as and when required by the QA/QC Manager. Occasionally discuss with the QA/QC Manager when an opportunity of improving the accuracy of the procedure / process is observed & maintain proper documentation of records. Record the Customer Complaints details and also the closing of the raised customer complaints.
