Bio
Abhijit Rao
Rakesh Pai joined Cleartrip when we were getting up to our necks with javascript complexity. We promptly named him 'dojo' - which is what he is called now. He is one amazing guy - fun loving, curious as a cat, loves google reader and aptana. About his work: he is one of the extremely rare breed of people called a 'hacker'. He is a javascript hacker. His knowledge, love and ability to program in javascript is several notches above anyone I have met. Obviously his general knowledge about web and web standards and practices goes hand in hand. I wish he would have taken up lisp. Cutting to the case: just hire him.
Will Lerner
Rakesh is a front-end ninja who's incredibly passionate about what he does. He comes to work with a smile on his face, volunteers to help others, and has an infectious sense of humor that can bring a team together. Did I mention he's a great developer? Rakesh knows his stuff - HTML5, Ajax, Javascript, Dojo, JQuery, PHP, and more. He also stays on top of the latest developments in his area, following the types of technical blogs that 99.9% of people can't comprehend. I would jump at the opportunity to work with him again.
