  • Project execution planning and internal contract review meeting. • Attending Kick off meetings to finalize the all technical and quality points. • Preparing Order Acknowledgment, Contract review, Quality Approval Plan for the orders received and submitting the same to customer for approval. • Analyzing major constraints in order execution stage and providing prior information to clients and internal customers by identifying risks and proposing the suitable solution. • Internal communication of project specific requirements to the design, purchase, planning & quality team to proceed the production activities. •Preparation Manufacturing Schedule & progress report for every month. • Monitoring of execution and commercial closure project without any discrepancy/dispute with supplier and customer. • Coordination with customer or engineering. operations team for completion of project within deadline and giving support to various team to avoid any possible delay the project. • Tracking the amendments and raising cost & delivery impact with customer if scope of project is deviated/changed. •Legal documents follow up (i.e. SCOMET license, LC, Bank Guarantee etc.) • Coordinating the Third-Party inspection and customer visit inspection to our factory. •Hands on liaising project management experience with Air Liquide, Tata Steel, CTCI Cinda, Linde, Thyssenkrupp, IOCL, BPCL, HMEL, Ion Exchange, kirloskar, JSW, DSME, Hyundai, NOV, Topkylin, Neuman & Essar, Starflow, Enter Engineering and intercompany orders. • Preparing Final documentation and manufacturing data book. • Payment terms follow up.
