  • Running proofing machine (J.M. Heaford England, Dongyun China) • Match the half tone and solid (masstone) colors as per customer requirement. • Check the printing quality like washing(toning ) ,printing lay , gradation, transfer of dots , registration etc. as per customer requirement. • Check the quality of cylinders like banding, air bubble, copper and chrome problems, registration, size of cylinders, polishing of cylinder etc. • Visit to the printing machine (rotopack, cerutti, and schiavi etc.) to adjust the color and to compare the result of proofing and machine printed sample. • Having knowledge about packaging material and packaging systems PLATING DEPARTMENT • Analysis the chemical for the gravure cylinder manufacturing plant, responsible for the following machines- 1) NICKHEL (Acigraf) , 2)COPPER (Daetwyler) , 3)COPPER (Acigraf), 4) CHROME (Acigraf), 5) DE-CROME(Acigraf) having the UAE valid driving license Show less
