On that basis measure the tenancy of the circle.  Making RFA(Request approval note) for taking approval for extra CAPEX or Budgeting.  Maintaining O&M data in excel as well as in ITOC (Intelligence Tower Operating centre) online updating Diesel and EB reports.  Maintaining Circle Metrics for tracking CAPEX and OPEX of company.  Maintaining Sales Tracker( Sharing sites and Anchor sites budgeting).  Verifying and Uploading all Site documents like(Checklists, SRD, PCB documents, EB fitness certificates and CFD(civil foundation drawings)).  Take care of all IT related work.
