  Lalitha Watch Company (LW) is into manufacturing of wrist watches. At LW, I provide vision, build strategy and guide my team of 15 members. Built customer feedback loops and continuously improved product quality, designs, durability which resulted as leading watch seller in the market.  Launched e-commerce as an authentic place to buy branded watches. Handled end to end product management including product development, seo, analytics, marketing, sales. Also sold on market places like Amazon & Flipkart. Response was good but had to suspend because of internal issues.  Built Times & EAGER as a leading brand across Telangana state (offline) competing strong with Fastrack, Titan, Timex and other local brands.  Expanded product portfolio to around 1000 models, categorized into 40 categories.  Expanded customer network to nearly 150 retail outlets, reaching approx. to half a million end users.  Reduced industry average of 15% returns to less than 1% in water proof category  Made major changes in product designs, re-engineered processes, shared customer success stories to team which resulted in huge impact on quality and sales.
