I know Rakesh right from his assignment at Kubota and also have worked closely with him over the last few years . I find him to be very committed to his work and has a special passion for Supply chain management and solutions using IT and AI solutions .. He is very innovative in deriving new ways and methods and always looks for cost effective and sustainable solutions . In all his work he gives special attention to Environmental aspects , there repercussions and sustainable solutions .. He is very well read and has good knowledge of various aspects covering a much more broader perspective , beyond the functional solution . He is very sincere and hard working and gels well with all partners and colleagues being an ever valued team member. With his present dedication to his passion and profession , I am very sure he will always be a valued team member and highly recommend him .

I have worked closely with Rakesh in his role as Vice President and more recently President of the Victorian & Tasmanian division of the Supply Chain & Logistics Association of Australia. Rakesh is a a great leader and communicator and has contributed greatly to the success of the division and to the National body over the last two years. Rakesh is solution orientated even in the face of difficult circumstances and can move from being a creative problem solver to an inspiring leader quickly. His time with SCLAA has shown me that he is service minded and connects meaningfully with those he leads. People want to be lead by Rakesh. Rakesh has a hunger for self improvement and never hesitates in going the extra mile. I look forward to continuing to work with Rakesh and can't wait to see what the future has in store.
