• QC Engineer in UNITED EG1 & EG2 Shutdown. Responsible for quality assurance & quality control at the project site and report directly to the QA/QC Manager. Catalyst Handling & Reactor Maintenance Services. Full supervision of internal inspection for all activities on the site.• Project Engineer in S-Chem JCP, SCP, and SPECO Shutdown. Collaborate with the project supervisor to monitor all tasks on site till completion.  Preparation of tools and equipment required for site activities and arranging required manpower for jobs. Then, guiding them during work.  Onsite job execution, monitoring & progress tracking. Ensuring that all quality control, environmental and health, and safety requirements are met in order to enhance the company KPI score. • Project in Charge in Maaden Ammonia I & II.  Full responsibility for the execution of tasks which was executed in a professional manner with regards to time, resources, safety, and quality requirements. Review project specifications, drawings to understand their scope and to prepare to carry out inspections of client site construction procedures. Collaborate with project manager and resolve all queries for progress and ensure compliance to all safety procedures at the site.  Supervision, monitoring, and coordinating of all shutdown activities which include maintenance, inspection, and testing.  Valves- CVs/ MOVs/ PSVs removal/ Re-installation works, by arranging site activity and required equipment for shifting the valves to client workshop.  Having knowledge of Work Permit Procedures, Safe operation committee (SOC), Confined  Space Entry, Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Task Risk Assessment Procedures. Monitoring Saudi team at the project, arranging for internal training e.g pipe fitter, bolt touring. Coordination with the client for IDS preparations, qualifications of manpower’s and solving client ID section requirements.
