District Interactive is a growth-driven integrated marketing and development firm.       I co-found and own 360nightlife.com, an event startup powered by a membership community. I bootstrapped this startup to 45k registered members (average age 23-40) with little to no budget. I built all iterations of the website (initially Ruby on Rails, then Joomla), implemented all digital marketing (SEO, e-mail, social), and took part in ideation. creation and execution of events. This included management of up to 15-person teams spread out at various locations. At its peak in 2011-2015, 360nightlife.com averaged 150 experience based events a year, including sold out New Year's Eve events in multiple cities as well as experiential marketing for clients such as University of Maryland, NYU, Diageo, Samsung, HBO, to just name a few. In addition to events, 360 provided hospitality clients web development and digital marketing for a truly immersive end-to-end experience. We also sold advertising on a widely circulated weekly event newsletter. Currently, 360nightlife.com runs annual themed experiences including Capital Gatsby Gala, 90's NYE, The 90's Brunch, Annual Masquerade Ball, Cocktails in the City (multi-city event), and Think & Drink (speaker series) all driven through a multi-channel digital strategy that focusses on organic search, social and local influencer marketing programs.
