  Alarm monitoring and Troubleshooting of Huawei GSM GMSC, Huawei CSoftX3000 CDMA, Huawei MSOFT GSM MSCs and ZTE wire line switch. Monitoring and maintaining routes utilization of CDMA, GSM & Wire line switches. Monitoring and maintaining of all available media, tracking of faults and rectification in co-ordination with BSNL and other Private operators. Faults related to E1s Switching terminals, C7 (SS7) signaling faults of local & NLD POIs. Independently verify entire switch performance on the basis of live alarm monitoring tools of switch network. Familiar with ZTE switch and ALCATEL LUCENT 5ESS switch commands for performing various operations during the shift duties. To handle PRI related complaints Performs routine check (Daily and Periodic) to be carried out for switch nodes and on the basis of these results we generate log file of daily and periodic health check result.
