Generating the sales for the company from existing customer reference. Keeping track of all the units (Builders/Land Owners) to avoid the overlapping of sale. Keeping record of each conversation and commitment given by sales team and CRM team to customer, to avoid confusion in between or at the time of handing over the flat. Handling Escalations cases and providing amicable response. Keeping record of each payment done by the customer. Maintaining MIS. Assuring total customer satisfaction from my service. Note: Before entering into Sale Deed/Registration Customer need to clear all outstanding (Flat Cost/Modification/Corpus/ Legal , etc….) Flat Handing over process: Making sure flat should be completed 100% as per company standard. Interacting with flat in-charge before taking flat into CRM custody. Making sure there should not be a single snag work pending in the flat.
