-Worked on Residential and Non- Residential projects. FIRST PROJECT:- ->Entrance Hall Villa Designed entrance foyer with all AutoCAD drawings and render views. This includes inverse ceiling plan, flooring detail, furniture detail, fabric selection, and electrical layout. SECOND PROJECT:- ->4 BHK flat This project started with a client get-together, estimation and calculation, Schematic sketches. Project is a mixture of new ideas that would enhance the beauty of flat. Vaastu planning, flooring detail, electrical layout, ceiling layout, plumbing detail, circulation space, material specifications. Completed with all the plans, sectional drawings and rendered views. The space is design according to the theme and concept , color schemes, material specifications are properly administered. THIRD PROJECT:- ->Office Space Remodel of old space to office. Concept is to design a space (office) with interesting element. Inspiration is taken from Principles of Design. Repetition of lines is used to show design principle in a Hexagon Shape, scale is change in hexagon by giving more space in between the shape, symmetrical balance is shown. Drawings include plans, sectionals details, elevations, concept development. Working drawings and SketchUp render views. FOURTH PROJECT:- ->Mezzanine Floor Hospital Café Location(Shantijyot Hospital, Nagpur) use of MDF cuttings as platter and coffee mug with pastel theme concept. A café with mezzanine floor with cash counter and cabin in the GF and sitting in GF and mezzanine floor. With straight stairs and glass facades in the opening which gives the clear view from inside.
