      1) Radiography Test using Gama rays (Ir-192 and Co-60).  Read customer purchase order and TDC. Define area of interest as per B16.34 and decides best level by using ASTM E446 & E186 what customer wants.  Draw shooting sketch and approve by customer.  Define defect level by using reference radiography ASTM E446 and E186, Use acceptance standard ASME Sec-VIII Div-1. If customer required TPI offering then call to customer for offer and offer to customer, for offering give film with offer later, salvage customer objections and corrective if such any special mistake. 2) As a Welding Engineer control 3 welders for SMAW and 5 Welders as a GTAW process. Maintain welder qualification record WPS/PQR, WPQ, Continuity record for all required grade, Perform WPS and then after test for PQR.
