  Operation and maintenance of Fire Fighting System (Engine, main & jockey pump), Cooling tower, Chiller plant, D G sets, air compressors and dryers and other utilities. 1800 KVA, 1500 KVA, 500 KVA, 320 KVA and 160 KVA DG set maintenance, DG electrical control panel – 04 nos. Air compressor- Reciprocating type (1000 cfm) and screw rotary type (1200 cfm) compressor electrical control panel – 07 nos. Check for proper and clean water supply to employees and to the whole factory utilization like paint shop, E-coat, canteen, 132kv and maintenance of ETP & STP plants. Energy conservation, Reduction and Control of wastage. Responsible for all reorganization and plant beautifications. Preparation of Preventive Maintenance Schedule and proper implementation of the same. Responsible for the day-to-day breakdown maintenance. Illumination engg. : - Himast lighting, Street lighting, Shop lightning, Emergency lighting system. Maintenance of LPG vapouriser, HSD, Caltex oil, Coolant pump & their electrical controls. Focus factory ventilation system Air circulation unit, and their electrical control panel Fire Fighting system including Hydrant unit, sprinkler unit and their electrical control panel maintenance. Controlling and supervision of all breakdown and preventive maintenance activity for the plant utility like pump, Air compressors, Chiller Plant, DG sets etc as Shift in charge Report and coordinate with Plant Head to ensure smooth functioning of all utilities.
