I have come across very few people in my career as diligent and as committed as Rajendra. He does not give up even in the most arduously difficult situations. With his level of perseverance and focused approach, he brought results in some of the most challenging markets and grim economic scenarios during my tenure at Mahindra. He was able to make inroads in some of the Commercial Vehicle accounts previously thought invincible for a new HCV brand. He singlehandedly created one of the largest fleet accounts for Mahindra Heavy trucks in Rajasthan and that customer continues to patronize the brand to this day. Rajendra is not just an amazing learner, he is quick to get to the root of the issue and come up with a solution. He is an affable, highly dependable colleague and a great team player. I keenly believe that Rajendra is slated to be a known and respected persona in the Indian trucking/auto industry.
