Addressed all changes from a training perspective. Developed manuals and documentation for system and process changes. Managed SABIC’s external compliance and regulatory requirement and sanction lists. Represented Treasury as the Subject Matter Expert liaison with Risk Management, Internal Audit, Data Management, IT and Network Security Departments. Achievements Managed the enhancement of the SAP TRM modules to full automation with (STP) Straight Through Processing inclusive of the implementation of Bank Communication Manager and route payments directly to SWIFT network. Annual recurring benefits of the program was USD 4.45M per annum. Contributed to cost savings of USD 1.6 Million by improving processes across three Treasury Departments globally. Successfully centralized thirteen affiliates as part of an on-going centralization into a single centralized Treasury department. Turned around a failing project and went live within 8 months.
