  TECHNICAL LEVEL • Responsible for complete testing of LOW VOLTAGE panels like MCC, DDC, POWER PANEL, Access Control Panel, VFD Panels, Distribution boards, and Feeders • Testing of Heater Circuit, Lighting circuit & Alarm circuit for low voltage panels. • Testing & configuring of electrical components Ammeters, Voltmeters, Multifunction meters, Relays & Air circuit breaker. • Testing different types of Feeder like Starter, Star-Delta type, Forward Reverse type and DOL Etc., • Familiar with testing equipment like SVERKER 650, • Point to point wiring checks, Mechanical checks and visual inspection, Conformity of components, Cable connection access and Torque tests. • Capable of modifying Control Schematic to achieve the scheme. • Insulation testing of Auxiliary Circuit up to 500V & Power Circuit up to 1KV. • Testing of Panels with Third party inspector & Client to achieve their requirement. • Preparing NCR of all Various Electrical Components after Testing. • Preparing Internal test reports & FAT reports enclose with Ammeter, Voltmeter, Insulation resistance, Visual & Physical. MANAGEMENT LEVEL • Maintain and keep daily records of the shipments dispatched and provide timely updates to concerned (Management, Clients and related departments) • Manage all incoming and outgoing shipments (sea, land, air) and ensure their timely processing. • Build and preserve an excellent relation with both the suppliers and the clients. • Follow up on communications with International Suppliers on the status of the orders placed based on the Purchase Requisitions submitted. • Prepare comparative table showing the price/quality of product/delivery terms/payment terms of the different suppliers and submit it to the management to justify the supplier selection. • Handle the data entry of the goods shipped on the system (ERP). • Make B.O.M (Bill of Materials) on the E.R.P system. • Familiar to finish the project by making Report as finish through ERP system.
