I was associated with Rajeev during my work in the CAD integrations group at Geometric. He was a senior person but still carried himself in a humble way reflecting a great leadership style. If I can say his words disseminated great lessons for us, as though they were a discourse in wisdom. I recall that there were several achievements materialized in the office under your leadership. Rajeev was one of the first persons I came to know at Geometric Software. My first appraisal was done by him at Geometric. Rajeev has an ability to connect immediately and he makes you feel tremendously comfortable. During my first stint of interactions with him, I saw in the midst of managing an extremely complicated project, but I beleive that he carried it well. I saw Rajeev as an extremely well read person who was able to speak for any subject under the sun. He has a wonderful sense of humour which helps to create a wonderful aura all around. After this initial project that I worked with Rajeev, I moved to other projects, but have found joy in interacting with him on different topics. Rajeev had an influence during my formative years.
