Srinivas Bhogle
I met Rajdeep as one of my 'students' in a recent lecture series at IHX on probability and statistics. I quickly realized that he was special. What was special? First, his quick grasp of deep technical concepts (with that smiling I-get-this confirmatory nod). Second, his comfort with (and even desire for) abstraction. Third, his confidence about handling (and familiarity with) big data sets. Fourth, his penchant to visualize complex structures (studying more physics helps). Fifth, his ability to communicate ideas and approaches (especially using analogies). Sixth, his appreciation of technical and modelling limitations (and sizing up what is and isn't do-able). I'd advise him to set himself a big technology goal and settle down comfortably somewhere to achieve it. He could climb many peaks.
Rishab Sarkar
I worked with Rajdeep for a brief period of time on a case study. During that short span of time his eye for small details, statistical implementation, ideas and concepts in the field amazed me a lot. Having conversations on and off topics made me realise that he has a holistic approach to all the problems he attempts to solve. He is innovative, helpful and I had a great time working with him.

Ideation, development and management of analytics and AI use cases in the heathcare domain, particularly related to (but not restricted to) patient information, claims, discharge summary, etc. I use knowledge graphs, natural language processing, computer vision, classical machine learning, graph ML and statistical techniques to help bring out the inside story from unstructured and structured healthcare data.
