In 2011, I was assigned to managed SATS COSYS IS. COSYS IS is a Cargo reservation and management system. I was in-charge to do systems analysis and enhancements, working closely with internal and external users as well as IT vendors. I was in-charge of 2 mission critical systems for SATS i.e. SITA Baggage Reconciliation System (BRS), and UFIS Airport Solutions. I was involved in the day-to-day running and enhancements of these systems as well as involved in major projects to upgrade these systems. I also administrate and manage the IBM COGNOS Reporting Tool and manage the users of these systems for operational day-to-day issues. As SATS Senior IT executive, I was also involved in million-dollar projects such as Ramp Fleet management (Proveo), SITA Wireless World Tracer, Integrated Communications Systems - ICS (ST - Electronics), and have worked closely with Airport Authorities such as Changi Airport (CAAS, CAG) on major interface projects. Supervisor, SATS Operations Control Center I was one of the two Airport Operations Supervisors, positioned at SATS Operations Control Center in-charge of the real time applications.
