He started an internship in my company (JMS Composites) as a Manufacturing Engineer presence in the United States market. The roles included SolidWorks Design, CNC Programmer, and Robot Controller, and later expanded into his role. He is a highly focused person as well as analytical and can add to any team he is a part of. He's also diligently ensured that his KPIs are updated and tracked, which helped me understand what went well and what did not. I am sure Rajat Kumar will achieve great things in his career.
