 Daily report to management, Progress of erection activities and maintaining erection schedule.  Mechanical inspection for civil foundations for Bag house, proportioning hopper building and conveyor foundations. Protocol checking all mechanical equipment for erection.  Welding and alignment checking of all equipment’s.  Monitoring of preassembling and erection of bag house, conveyors, Roto packer, bucket elevators, process ducting and Air slide.  Erection supervision of Bag houses, , Belt conveyors screw conveyors, chain conveyors, air slide, venting system, process ducting, fans, roots blowers, Co2 inert gas system, Coal burner pipe line.  Mechanical Alignment checking of materials handling equipment’s and Roto packer and autoloader for cement bag packing system.  Conducting stage wise inspection during fabrication and erection.  Day to day inspection and co-ordination.  Preparing all records and reports at all inspections conducted at site and maintain the Quality Control documentation  Dimension report and inspection report preparation Show less
