   24x7 complete responsibilities for O&M Electrical Installations like U.P.S, AHU's split A/C, PAC, Fire safety & security system, CCTV, Access control.  Ensuring the soft services and maintenance of facility with core responsibility in data centre facility help desk.  Operation & maintenance HT & LT systems which include Transformers.11KV/415V  Maintaining SF6 Circuit Breakers, VCB, ACB, MCCB.  Monitoring all the Electrical & A/C Equipment’s through BMS.  Operation & maintenance of 2250KVA Cummins Make HT DG sets.  Troubleshooting of Electrical control panels, smoke detector, Fire Break glass etc.  Monitoring Building Management System (For Building Security Systems).  Ensuring all planned repair & maintenance works are carried out.  Coordination with AMC vendors for Scheduled maintenance plane and managing regular PM.  All critical spares required for site to be maintained and Stock register to be maintained.  Power consumption on a daily basis update  Documentation and maintenance of all parameters for analysing for proactive actions & generating relevant reports on facility management services.  Updating equipment details, which shall form a part of asset registered and history card for all the equipment.  Ensuring adequate man power availability to carry out the services.  Ensuring effective cost saving measures.  All areas (DC Room, Ups Room, BMS room) to be kept clean.  Maintaining the following firefighting equipment’s Fire extinguishers, Sprinkler, Novec1230, FM 200. Maintaining the following safety systems, Smoke detector, VESDA, PA system, Water Leak detector. Operation and Maintenance of HVAC Chillers, AHU, PAC, Package AC, Split AC. Show less
