Support Planning and Coordination Vessel Schedule with FPSO, Coordination inbound personnel movement with Co. Man, notify all personnel of their check in time and other arrangement, maintain close liaison with the shuttle bus/crew boat operator, HCML Employee, HCML's contractor personnel, service company personnel on all personnel movement issues. Direct communication and coordination with Co. Man or Radio Operator or field admin officer for potential changes of passenger manifest or cargo manifest. Coordination departure/arrival and prioritizing travelers as per instruction from the Co. Man. Supervising HCML and contractor travelers at check in location. Passenger manifest registration and issuing boarding pass, ensuring that effective communication is maintain with the Coman and travelers, escort all travelers to and from the shuttle bus to crew boat. Tag of all baggage and cargoes. Generate travel documentation, including manifest. Collect and dispatch crew change from meeting point to Jetty, receipt and dispatch of incoming and outgoing cargoes. Monitoring loading/unloading, embark/disembark and general ramp operations. Administering and documentation. Ensuring that all offshore traveler have required HSE passport/Field Entry Permit, medical and training certificates and when required the dispensation are requested from the manager HSE or Coman. Ensuring all personnel vie shuttle bus/crew boat safety induction video before each departure. Coordinate and documenting all issues related to the transportation of dangerous goods regulation and ensuring the vessel master has notified of any dangerous goods intended for carriage. Monitoring Vessel Operation at field by monitoring marine radio. Ensure HSE implemented on Vessel are running well. Monitoring and record vessel Fuel and water consumption. Support and monitoring Condensate lifting activity at field. Standby on call 24 hour for any urgent situation needed on the site for vessel such us MEDEVAC situation, etc. Show less
