  Managing Southwark Councils SEEDS2 Programme, providing Southwark based SMEs & micro businesses with wage incentives to hire unemployed young people at London Living Wage for either 26 or 52 weeks. My role consisted of taking the lead on the recruitment of businesses to create jobs and apprenticeships, and the recruitment of young people to the project.
