  I believe education is the main key to a better world. With Tamansiswa's vision towards decentralized education for a better future, becoming an academic tutor at Tamansiswa gave me hope as well as new challenges in my life.I have been responsible for ensuring the quality of Tamansiswa by providing my best experience in teaching with a focus on Mathematics and Physics. Especially with the condition of COVID-19, there are still many challenges to maintain the vision of Tamansiswa by making an impact with education.What I'm doing here is:1. Teaching 2 times a week with interesting modules and presentations.2. Ensure all teaching files, modules, attendance, are in the right place with the right time.3. Ensuring the quality of the module is good in terms of material and questions for the tutees.4. Always ready to help tutee 24/7 for various questions using whatsapp groups and various social media platforms.5. Evaluate the performance of the tutee by providing an overview of the strengths and weaknesses and ensuring a sense of comfort in the learning process.
