Environment consisted of over 400 Windows 2003, 2000 & NT4 Operating Systems. • EMEA branches BDC & NT4 Servers migrated from NT4 to Windows 2003 including HR Server with local group permissions. • Hardware refresh of servers. Managed and implemented upgrading of hardware for production and mail servers in European branches including server consolidation. • Problem/Change Management and troubleshooting production related issues. • Proactive maintenance and monitoring using Compaq insight Manager, IBM Director and HPOV monitoring tools. • Migration of data: From Novell3.12 to Windows 3.51.
