      I was a founding team member of the Immunoprofiler Consortium (now ImmunoX) in Dr. Matthew Krummel's lab. We focused on tabulation and location of tumor immune lymphocytes. My project spanned several technical assays that included, human tumor tissue transit, sterile whole tissue dissociation, 18 color flow cytometry, 12 color live cell flow sorting, and mRNA sequencing. I personally took charge in development of the FFPE 5 color immunofluorecense staining development and FACS data analysis with Quality Control.
