• Monitor the Manpower, Machinery & Materials to ensure that they are adequate and capable to perform for the execution of project as per contract schedule. • Monitoring & setup of field laboratories to ensure that they are adequately equipped and capable of performing the entire specified testing requirement. • Monitor, Review and take prior approval of laboratory and laboratory equipments. • Monitoring & expediting of progress of the project, quarry and borrow areas. • Monitor & Supervise set-up of mixing plants, crushers and pavers. • Assisting Management in monitoring and process control of all the activities related to the project and solving problems arising during the execution. • Monitoring & Reviewing of material quality and assuring their suitability for using them in various aspects such as mix designs, slump control, specifications etc. • To prepare and coordinate for Mix Design of flexible pavements (BM, DBM, BC, SDBC) & Rigid pavements (PQC,DLC) including Mix Design of structural concrete (M-15 to M-50). • Monitor all activities of Execution/Procurement of Plant & materials at different stages of construction besides ensuring all tests is done as per specifications and codes of contract. • Coordinate the work to support field staff under him for timely completion of the project Show less
