 Maintain up-to-date billing system  Generate and send out invoices  Generate billing age analysis for all Vendors and Debtors.  Making vendor Payable and Receivable Sheet for all branches and follow up on collect and allocate payments.  Research and resolve payment discrepancies  Perform accounts reconciliations like Vendor, Debtors, and Bank Reconciliation.  Checking all Branches Accounts and Perform Branch Reconciliation function.  Make monthly payment and generate the challan form as DVAT 20 through online timely.  Generate DVAT Forms regarding Sale, Purchase, Branch Transfer (form F/C/DS-2 etc.)  Returns filing quarterly online timely with forms (2A & 2B, DVAT 16, form 1).  As per Sales Tax Department circular updated data and submit with Dealer Profile (DP-1) including deletion and addition.  Making ‘C form’ detail for both Issuable and Receivable.  Download ‘C form’ from DVAT Site.  Prepare TDS/SERVICE TAX Reports.  Deposited all legal compliances and filling concerned returns (TDS/SERVICE TAX) timely  Carry out billing, collection and reporting activities according to specific deadlines  Maintain systematically filling of all Show less
