I was drawn to Raj’s extensive experience across some key areas I was looking to focus on, including creating impact, leadership and managing change. I also noticed Raj’s past coaching work with social enterprise ‘She Leads Change’, so I knew we had a lot in common as I am also interested in empowering and supporting female colleagues. I thoroughly enjoyed every session with Raj and felt comfortable to be completely open and honest about how much challenge I was up for. Raj creates a very calm and trusting environment and I really felt like I made personal progress during every session and felt confident in exercising my learnings and tools in the day to day. I came away with multiple tools and knowledge on how to overcome some personal challenges and blockers. The coaching allowed me to reflect on and understand these a lot better and unlock my true potential. I know they will all come in use for the duration of my future career. I would highly recommend Raj to anyone looking to understand more about themselves, their learning and leadership styles and how they can ultimately unlock their inner potential. Having a better understanding of yourself is a huge benefit to anyone in any profession and being able to spend 90 minutes to step out of your usual day-to-day and look at the bigger picture is a really positive way to spend your time, especially when you have someone like Raj there to listen.

I was recommended Raj’s coaching from JCURV who we work closely with as an organisation and always get a great service. Raj made me feel very comfortable at the beginning of each session which allowed me to confidently increase my challenge level in each session. By the end of each of our coaching sessions, I felt very confident I had gained the mindset and skills I needed to face my challenges. Specifically, I gained knowledge about how my thoughts and perceptions affect my performance in my role and I now have a range of practical tools, skills and thought processes I can use to help face challenges. I would recommend Raj’s coaching to anyone who is willing to challenge themselves, being open about what actually holds you back and looking for ways to improve by self-reflection and challenging their own belief system.
