  Raishma founded her fashion house in 1998 after graduating with a BA (Hons) degree in Fashion and Textiles in 1995. Raishma's collection focused on couture dresses and beautiful bespoke bridal for 20 years before she expanded the brand by introducing a ready to wear bridal and occasional wear range for the premium high street market. Raishma's collections focuses on infusing eastern and western trends to create beautiful modern pieces with an international aesthetic. Using artisan skills of hand embroidery and beautiful fabrics, Raishma creates stunning collections at affordable prices. Raishma launched online at John Lewis and House of Fraser in 2016, within 2 months of each other. With more success than ever, Raishma has now conquered the middle east market by stocking in Debenhams across UAE and Saudi Arabia. Raishma has shown her collections at London, New York and Paris Fashion Week, The Mercedes Benz Fashion Week in Doha, The Brides Show in Abu Dhabi and most recently at the Oriental Fashion Show in Marrakesh, which featured on Vogue Online. Raishma was recently awarded with Best Retail Business of the Year at the British Small Business Awards.
