Also for other instruments that needs calibration as instructed by the Technical Manager. Performed work according to ISO/IEC 17025:2005 regulations. Prepares all reference standards to be used in performing calibration as well as all necessary documents before and after calibration. Prepared status reports for all calibration of equipment’s and informed employees accordingly. Verifying and ensuring that all the activities relating to calibration are carried out in accordance to the approved procedures, & methods as per NABL STD. prepare Audit related documents during NABL Audit (like History records, Intermediate record, traceability records, Trend Analysis, ILC, En-ratio, Work Instruction, maintain hard & soft copy of calibration reports,) Assisted in training various technicians to work effectively in calibration equipment’s. Planned tests and calibration of various instruments and equipment’s and scheduled same. Maintained calibration data in both hard and soft copies and evaluated it for accuracy Monitored customer complaints, analyzed data & ensured resolution of same. Developed various methods to improve policies & procedures for calibration department.
