  Implementation of U-bolt production capabilities, reducing external costs. Produced production manual and provided training for boilermakers on the required procedure. Demonstrated cost effectiveness of such a process with cost analysis. CAD modelling (Autodesk Inventor) and dimensional inspection of multiple water clarifier projects (NAIS, Newman), particularly concerning packaging. Conducted holiday testing on pipe flanges, recommended locations where additional paint was required. Assistance and Documentation of double diaphragm pump repair. CAD Modelling (Autodesk Inventor) and assembly of BHP Billiton primary crusher refurbishment. Drawings produced indicating correct positions for welding motor and gearbox plates. Design and manufacture of a coupling housing capable of enclosing the coupling to Australian standards. Automation of a bending machine, increasing speed and consistency of manufactured products. Training provided to boilermakers on usage. Familiarisation with project management concepts, requirements and skills. (ITPs, MDR,) and assistance in the production of such documents.
